- Process work orders for salt and filter orders promptly and accurately
- Schedule and follow up on annual maintenance customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to resolve customer issues
- Attend training sessions and meet performance standards consistently
- Perform other duties as required or requested
