Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems to include equipment replacement and Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
Take-off material and provide accurate estimating for maintenance contracts and equipment replacement.
Prospect for new clients and opportunities in the Commercial market.
Submit proposals to customers, finalize pricing and complete internal setups promptly.
Develop relationships with existing and new customers
Survey HVAC Equipment and prepare estimates
Good understanding of qualifying prospects.
Ability to prospect through different channels.
Build relationships with local associations.
Ability to manage relationships and close leads.
Survey HVAC Equipment and prepare estimates
This row is primary PM contracts and equipment replacement.
HVAC Sales Requirements
4 years in a sales in HVAC Service Contracts
Possess good communication skills with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Well organized, flexible, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Ability to handle a fast-paced workload under deadlines
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Must be able to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet submission deadlines
High school or equivalent (Required)
