Position Summary
The MIS Payroll Analyst will be a key member of the Crete United team and support our platform integration initiatives for payroll systems.This role will work closely with our implementation team, as well as HR and accounting, to ensure a clean transition from legacy payroll systems to our new HRIS (UKG) and Accounting systems (Viewpoint Spectrum). They will assist with employee data migration, payroll process testing, training, and support as we onboard current and future companies.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group within a fast-growing company.
Key Deliverables

• Conduct training for end to end payroll process in UKG and Viewpoint Spectrum, including time entry, employee setup, and benefit changes, and payroll processing
• Complete testing and data validation as part of system implementation plan
• Complete first payrolls in new system post-go-live with local teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Position Requirements
Minimum

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a payroll administrator or similar role
• Experience with payroll process software and familiarity with payroll taxes and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Preferred) and accounting software preferred
• Certified Payroll Professional certification is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Works independently and is a proactive problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface at various levels within the organization
• Strong time management
• Excellent organization skills
