Hours: 36 hours per week; Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Pay Rate: $32.05 - $34.72 per hour
Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required

As a Project Lead, you will:
Supervise the Project Assistants and perform a variety of management, administrative, and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting, and tracking information for corporate management. The primary focus/responsibility of this position is to ensure projects and administrative operations are coordinated and completed in the most timely and efficient manner.
- Under the direction of the Project and Administration Manager, develop and implement process improvements to continually enhance the Business Services Department’s support to the CRF Central Office Team.
- Manage administrative projects and coordinate business initiatives to ensure alignment with the project's strategic goals and resource limitations.
- Participate and facilitate strategy sessions to define project requirements, including organization planning, development of process improvement and operational management.
- Oversee the overall management of Central Office vendors.
- Assist in facilitation of licenses (ie: FBN, DHCS, CCL, DDS, Business Licenses) and assist in coordinating government taxes, exemptions and filings.
- Manage the Central Office inventory system.
- Manage office efficiency and monitor office administrative workflow and track allocation of resources.
- Manage document retention programs on site and in storage as well as electronic documentation management.
- Interface effectively with high-level executives and maintain confidentiality and sensitive information appropriately.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Three or more years of administrative support experience to include a high level of demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in providing support to large organizations and Executive level staff.
- Supervisory experience with direct reports required.
- Expert computer skills, including MS Office
- Experienced user of project administration tools.
- A valid California driver’s license in good standing, proof of insurance, and personal vehicle are required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
- Ability to pass criminal/background clearance
