Recruiting Specialist - Provider - Clinical - Vinings, GA (On-site)
CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland and Florida. CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will possess meaningful experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare clinical industry (Providers and Medical Assistants) and be able to provide sourcing and recruitment services to help attract and hire qualified talent in support of our growing business. The role is best suited to a results-oriented self-starter who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, articulate, and internet-savvy. It requires a highly organized and resourceful individual with a sense of urgency to the business needs that can adapt quickly. The incumbent will be a strong team-player with creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a foundational relationship with hiring managers to scope the desired requirements for suitable candidacies.
  • Post, track and maintain open positions on ATS (Paycor experience is a plus)
  • Manage an efficient candidate process and candidate experience including candidate identification, phone screens, interviews, reference checking and onboarding
  • Assist in the hiring decision, providing feedback and advice to hiring managers
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines utilizing job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking and other appropriate sourcing outlets
  • Identify and develop business relationships with recruiting agencies, background check companies, and other resources
  • Provide status reports to leadership on relevant positions
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of recruitment experience, 2 years in the healthcare clinical industry preferred (Providers and Medical Assistants)
  • A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Competitive nature, aggressive
  • Strong knowledge of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Skilled at building and maintaining a network of talent through ongoing relationship management and networking
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Working proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Bachelor degree preferred
