Oracle Park is the home of the San Francisco Giants and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Alcohol Compliance Supervisors are there to ensure that all employees and guests follow our safe-drinking guidelines. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, communicating and enforcing policies, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events San Francisco has to offer!

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $29/hr to $31.50/hr, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

This position is subject to a background check as necessary under the baseball’s background check requirement and a conviction will not automatically disqualify a candidate. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with California state law and San Francisco ordinance.

Job Responsibilities

• This role is event based and begins 1-2 hours before doors, and ends 1 hour after alcohol cut
• Trains staff on our alcohol policy and ensures it is being followed throughout the duration of the event
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to pre-event check lists, signed alcohol policies, alcohol incident forms, and witness reports
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent walking! Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.

• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification (required)
