The Role
The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts, by hand using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

The ideal candidate will be creative and always ready to be creative.

Range: $23-$26
This is what a day at work may be like

• Develop and design visual content for print, digital, social media, and web platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements.
• Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
• Create visually appealing and persuasive pitch decks.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• 3 years experience.
• Self-motivated, go-getter, outgoing
• Creative! Show us that you can adapt to traditional and innovative digital design technologies
• Time management - must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects
• Being able to foresee problems in the schedule and work ahead of time

THE TECH

• • Extensive experience using various Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • The ability to decipher complex layered Illustrator files
  • Comfortable building print-ready files in both Illustrator and InDesign
  • Adept at basic Photoshop retouching
  • Familiarity with all file types
