Job Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed
• Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Checks taps and appliances to ensure that they are working properly and changing out kegs
• Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work.
• Ensure the proper placement and presentation of dinner orders on a tray
• Inspect all plates and product before it reaches the guest to ensure accuracy of order, garnish, proper temperature, and appealing presentation.
• Expedite service of food to ensure the guests receive their order in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain communication between kitchen and restaurant staff to keep flow of food orders running smoothly.
• Stock kitchen areas with flatware and china.
• Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
