Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Experience in jewelry sales or a willingness to learn
- Strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, Bilingual in SPANISH A PLUS
- Basic math skills for calculations and inventory management
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage customer interactions and store operations
- Experience in cash handling or willingness to be trained
