Project Superintendent:
We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their timely and successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess expertise in various project management tools and techniques. Ideal candidate would be geographically located between Northeastern North Carolina to Richmond, Virginia and open to regional travel along upper NC & Virginia Beach areas, have strong references, project list and good driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
- Collaborate with project managers to address issues or changes in project scope
Skills:
-Diverse commercial construction project history ($3 million to $12 million)
-5 plus years’ experience commercial general contractor superintendent
-Knowledge of CMIC project management software would be a plus
-OSHA 30 certification required
