Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Ranch Worker to join our team. As a Ranch Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations of Crimson Creek Ranch Enterprises and ensuring that things get finished. If you have a passion for working outdoors, possess mechanical knowledge, and enjoy hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you. There is a potential to be promoted as we grow and expand.

Potential Duties per Division:

- Crimson Creek Ranch: Land and Cattle

- Assist in the care and feeding of animals on the ranch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the main property and leases
- Utilize power tools for various ranch maintenance tasks
- Perform heavy lifting duties as needed

-Custom Farming
- Ensure the overall upkeep of the ranch facilities

-Crimson Creek Ranch: Wildlife Division

-Assist in invasive species management tasks

-Assist in guided hunting and fishing trips

-Implement Wildlife Management tasks for clients

-Crimson Creek Ranch: Hay and Forage Division

-Assist in all hay and forage based operations

-Assist in transport trips

-Monarch Game Ranch

- Assist in transport of exotic game

-Implement exotic nutrition plans and custom farming

Skills:

- Experience in agriculture environments is preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and large mechanical equipment
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques is an advantage
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks
