Senior Project Manager (Data Center) - Reno, Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Lead project staff and maintain positive working relationships.
• Implement and promote safety and quality programs.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to contractual terms.
• Oversee purchasing and budgeting to meet project goals.
• Conduct project start-up meetings and site visits.
• Issue change orders and manage project documentation.
• Support and participate in the Project Managers Association (PMA).
• Enforce safety program on site.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 7 years of profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
• Experience in managing design/build projects.
• Knowledge of various contracting methods and legal implications.
• Proven record of increasing project profitability.
• Managed large-scale projects ($100M )
• Technical knowledge in engineering and design.
• Experience in equipment procurement and installation.
• Managed proposal development and project staff training.
• Developed aggressive project schedules and cost estimates.
• Strong relationship-building and basic computer skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting (up to 25 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasionally).
• Regularly exposed to typical office and construction site conditions.
• Moderate to loud noise levels on job sites.
• Relocation to Reno, Nevada required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple team members and subcontractors.
