Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our team. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, taking messages, directing the patient to the correct office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are bilingual and have a passion for customer service.

Duties:

- Answer all inbound calls from patients

- Take messages

- Transfer phone calls to correct offices

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database

- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information and ensure accuracy

- Follow scripts and guidelines provided during phone calls to ensure consistency and professionalism

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Compensation:

Starting will be $17 per hour with a review after probationary period.
