ResponsibilitiesThe Vice President – Field Operations will be responsible for overseeing the data collection strategy and process for Voice of Customer studies, as well as providing expertise into the development of platforms and applications used in the field process. The candidate will partner with client servicing and operation teams globally to execute our core syndicated market research projects. This is a senior role that requires managing multiple teams, projects, and processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Delivery:

• Developing a deep understanding of our proprietary market research methodology to gain insights into the scope of client servicing and data collection operations
• Lead, own and manage various data collection teams, applications and processes for VoC research including project set up calls, sample management according to project specifications, producing online survey links, field briefing calls, monitoring the projects’ status in field and status reporting
• Proactively troubleshoot/escalate project challenges to ensure timely addressal
• Build working relationships with global client servicing teams
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration
• Work with Product Managers and Technology on transformation initiatives
• Look for efficiencies and better practices in all areas of the role
• Own and drive documentation of business processes

Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• Experienced in market research
• Knowledge of in-person research methodologies including qualitative data is desirable
• Experienced about hiring, coaching, and leading a diverse and successful team
• Experienced working with cross functional teams in an international environment
• Possess strong communication skills – able to build relationships across functions
• Exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
