We are currently hiring a Case Manger to work in Kennebec and/or Somerset Counties. This position will work with a variety of populations, from children to adults who may be experiencing substance use disorder, behavioral health or intellectual challenges in their life. The Community Case Manager will be helping clients to link with necessary resources and provide coordination of care and help to meet their individual goals.

This is a full time (40 hours/week) non-exempt position. There is flexibility for either 8 or 10 hour days. There is flexibility with the ability to work remotely.
Location:
Our main office is located in Augusta, ME. This position will cover Kennebec and/or Somerset Counties. Travel is required.
Pay rate:
Pay ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.50/hr.
