In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for security-related and medical requests and emergencies for the travelers of our corporate clients. Your ability to remain calm in critical situations, paired with your exceptional interpersonal skills, will guide our customers seamlessly on the phone, while your multitasking abilities enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in both, German and English. Speaking French is a plus. What You Will Work On You serve as the initial point of contact via telephone for our clients for all security-related, travel-related, and medical questions and concerns, providing competent and friendly assistanceYou and your colleagues ensure the 24/7 around-the-clock availability of our operations centerThe core of your work revolves around system-supported prevention of risks for business travelers worldwide, requiring you to quickly navigate through various systemsThe focus of Medical and Security Assistance is the professional handling of all aspects of a case, including managing incoming and outgoing calls, email correspondence, and providing needs-based case monitoring and management, always in accordance with our clients' corporate policiesYou will closely collaborate with various Crisis24 teams in Medical and Crisis Response Operations, providing coordination support for security-related and medical repatriations and evacuationsYou will develop a keen sense for critical changes in global events as well as sensitive situations, enabling you to assess relevant incidents in the shortest time possible and report them internallyAs part of your role, you will become familiar with a wide range of risk mitigation products and services. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of all processes related to medical services, including financing and cost control of support measures, as well as aspects of health insurance for international travelersYour first few weeks will be shaped by intensive theoretical and practical on-the-job training What You Will Bring You are enthusiastic about current world events and are either motivated to make a career change by familiarizing yourself with new subject areas, or you have already gained experience as a dispatcher in emergency call centers, in the medical field or in telephone customer service environmentsAdditionally, you show interest in tourism, politics, regional studies, social sciences, cultural studies, or history. A degree in any of these fields is an advantageYou have excellent proficiency in both German and English (at least C1 level in both languages). All additional languages, especially French, are an advantageThe phone is the central medium of your role.
