As a Security Solutions Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. This cross-functional role requires analytical skills, security and technological expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of consulting and customer success principles. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and professionalizing our group’s client advisory and business development functions. This will include supporting VPs leading these efforts, building strong client relationships, and presenting our top-notch security solutions to those who can benefit. Your work will make a meaningful impact by supporting Crisis24's mission of helping people and organizations operate confidently.Key Responsibilities:Streamline and enhance processes across sales, marketing, and client service.Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
