Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

· In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant

· Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow

· Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders

· Recognize and reward excellent performance

· Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation

· Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards

· Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail

· Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner

· Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more

· Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule

· Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs

· Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

Job Requirements:

· Minimum

o 3 years previous management/supervisory experience

o 5 years customer service experience

o Passion for living a healthy life

o Able to lift 50lbs

o Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment

o Full-time availability with a flexible schedule

o Able to work at least 50 hours per week

· Preferred

o Management experience in the restaurant industry

o Reliable transportation

o Strong organizational skills

o Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
