What You'll Do:
As the Finance Manager, your role will be comprehensive, focusing on both strategic oversight and operational management:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Guide the firm's financial strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission to provide top-tier DWI defense and our overarching business objectives.
  • Manage to profitability % goals.
Financial Innovation Management:
  • Lead the adoption of new financial technologies and platforms, keeping us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Drive the business into new markets.
  • Manage the financial side of company reorganization and restructuring as necessary.
Operational Excellence:
  • Implement and communicate financial SOPs effectively, catering to different departments and ensuring everyone is aligned with our financial protocols.
  • Manage financial data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Automate financial reporting and tracking, utilizing our various financial platforms to mirror and monitor all financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial data for outliers and perform cost tracking to guide cost-efficiency and profitability enhancement.
  • Conduct negotiations with vendors and manage contracts, adjusting to the financial legal issues specific to each state.
  • Maintain complete P&L responsibility, assessing consolidation opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.
  • Establish consistency in financial processes across all levels to guarantee scalability and governance.
  • Evaluate and oversee financial aspects of new initiatives, providing detailed data analysis, presentations, and strategic recommendations for financial improvement.
  • Manage the purchase and leasing of office equipment, as needed, ensuring fiscal responsibility and quality assurance.
