We are seeking a Marketing and Intake Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for strategically enhancing client experience, client intake, business development, and overall marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing

• • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to raise awareness of The Flood Law Firm, increase lead generation, and acquire new clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to gather necessary information for marketing materials and client/referral management.
• Intake:
  • Manage the firm’s intake process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of client inquiries and consultations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the intake process to maximize client conversion rates and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctor’s offices and other referral sources.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to gather necessary information for marketing materials and client/referral management.
• Oversight:
• Oversee and coach the marketing and intake team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
•  Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and experience in a law firm setting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for delivering results.
• Tech-savvy with experience managing CRM software and leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
• Our full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. However, this role occasionally requires availability beyond standard working hours, showcasing the firm’s commitment to excellence and readiness to support.
