Crispy Cones - Tempe is revolutionizing the soft serve cone! We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while contributing to the overall success of our store.

The positions we are hiring for include availability on TUESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNINGS. 9am-4pm. This position can potentially include weekend shifts as well.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking and cleaning work areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Uphold Crispy Cones Tempe's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and determination to find success in their work.
• Previous food and beverage, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Retail math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Food Handlers Permit will need to be obtained.
• Need to Pass a Background Check
