** Customer Service Representative**

**Location:** In Office; Portland, OR

**Position Type:** Full-time, Hourly

**Responsibilities:**

* Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers

* Follow up with customers through phone and email

* Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into data base

* Service scheduling

* Service Setups

* Creating and establishing great relationships with customers

* Update transactions status of all customer calls

* Meet deadlines

* Various administration duties

* Other duties maybe assigned

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills

* Data entry experience is a plus, but not required

* Organizational, time management and customer service skills

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace or garage industries is a plus

* Regular attendance is required
