About the Job

The Warehouse Manager plays a pivotal role in running our business and enabling planned growth. This position owns end-to-end operations, including sourcing, logistics, and the warehouse.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage and coach Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Team
• Devise and implement processes and tech solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the warehouse
• Prioritize and allocate resources in the short-term and build capacity plans for the longer-term to ensure operations can support revenue growth
• Own and manage key vendor relationships (e.g. sourcing agency, factory suppliers, FedEx)
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager to execute existing business, make improvements, and take on new business (e.g. website, Amazon, key accounts)
• Own and manage adherence to operations budget

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build and maintain relationships
• Comfort with analyzing data and using it to tell stories and make informed decisions
• Adaptable and open to feedback
• 10 years of experience in Operations, including warehouse management
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Hybrid role Minimum 3/4 days per week in Durham NC Warehouse
