We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to drive sales for both our wholesale and retail soft pretzel products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both retail and wholesale markets.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Develop a deep understanding of Crofton’s Pretzels product line.
• Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
• Order Processing and Follow-Up:
• Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of wholesale and retail market dynamics.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling bakery or snack products.
• Established network of contacts within the food industry.
