Croker Huck has an immediate opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal who will assist with corporate, probate and real estate matters from the inception of a file through the closing of the file in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, file and manage various business entity formation and annual maintenance documents for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships

• Prepare and electronically file annual/biennial corporate reports

• Draft and file probate documents

• Manage estate and trust administration

• Assist with preparation of a variety of real estate documents

• Record documents with Register of Deed offices

• Perform legal research and analysis

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and state personnel

• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date

• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

• 2 years of paralegal experience or associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
