Croker Huck has an immediate opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal who will assist with corporate, probate and real estate matters from the inception of a file through the closing of the file in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
Job Responsibilities
Draft, file and manage various business entity formation and annual maintenance documents for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships
Prepare and electronically file annual/biennial corporate reports
Draft and file probate documents
Manage estate and trust administration
Assist with preparation of a variety of real estate documents
Record documents with Register of Deed offices
Perform legal research and analysis
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and state personnel
Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
2 years of paralegal experience or associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
