ResponsibilitiesInitiate builds within 14 days of receiving job files.
Source and negotiate material quotes from suppliers.
Manage pre-construction process with accounts receivable.
Schedule material/dumpster deliveries, crew, and trades for build start.
Optimize job grouping for efficient quality control and subcontractor use.
Proactively notify relevant parties of schedule updates.
Hire, manage, and verify credentials of new sub-contractors.
Schedule and ensure comprehensive quality control inspections.
Address and resolve any repair issues that arise.
Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and sales team throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and smooth completion.
QualificationsConstruction Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry, with roofing experience preferred.
Physical Abilities: Comfortable working at heights, ability to lift 50 lbs and carry short distances.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Ethic: Punctual, enthusiastic, and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
License: Valid driver's license.
Software Proficiency: Experience using Acculynx Roofing CRM.
