Job Title: Account Executive II

Department: Sales

Reports to: VP of Sales

Job Summary:

To manage accounts, build relationships, and grow the sales of the company

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage account relationships by creating new accounts and maintaining existing accounts
• New item setups and pricing
• New item presentations and working in customer portals
• Identify areas of opportunity and gaps in our lineup
• Identify areas of improvement with retailers and distributors
• Provide customer support
• Provide sales support
• Respond to issues, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports
• Work closely with inventory and product development
• Attend customer meetings and trade shows
• Works under general supervision handles complex issues, refers larger issues to higher-level staff
• Reports to a manager

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in e-commerce sales or equivalent, with a strong emphasis working within the Amazon platform
• Customer Service
• Ability to use software programs (customer service and enterprise resource planning)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal Communication
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Negotiation and persuasion

• Critical thinking

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce Sales

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Vision acuity
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
