• Work Dates Needed: ASAP, as soon as credentialed, ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: 4 days per month, 12 hour shifts only. Saturday/ Sundays may be needed. 
• Worksite Setting: Hospital
• Scope of Work: Certified Nurse Midwife to provide coverage for 4 days per month on an ongoing basis, starting as soon as credentialed. The position involves 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with weekend availability, supporting an average of 56 deliveries per month. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified-Required, ID License or IMLC-Required, Local Provider-Preferred (Additional items for credentialing)
• EMR: EPIC
• Pay Rate Preferred: $1200/Daily 12 Hours
