- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Dec 2024 with the potential of ongoing needs in 2025
- Preferred Schedule: Nocturnists Only (7p-7a) | 7 shift blocks | 7 on/ 7off | Locums will cover 6 facilities (7 day blocks) |Possibility of swing (12p-12a)
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient | Arizona
- Scope of Work: No procedures | No call | Locums not responsible for vent management |Closed ICU| MD's only | No solo shifts | Adult hospital | Average admissions: 12 | Average inpatients: 17 | Locums will respond to in-house codes | Locums not expected to provide backup for ED or cover trauma |
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license [*Will accept candidates with active IMLC] | Active AZ DEA | Board Certified | BLS | ACLS | Current CV | 3 references | Current Flu vaccination [last 12 months]
