Years of experience: 1 Year
- The Certified Nurse Assistant provides support, care and companionship to participants of the PACE program under the guidance and supervision of the IDT Team.
- Provides direct personal care to participants such as showering, toileting, laundry and feeding assistance and companionship services.
- Accompany participants to and from medical appointments.
- May include ambulation and transferring assistance.
- Supports and assists with meal and snack service.
- Will provide assistance in the kitchen or therapy as needed.
- Assists in maintaining patient areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Cleans and organizes program areas including cleaning of equipment and shower areas.

Currently, we have over 3,000 caregivers supporting patients in their homes through PACE.
