Understand and utilize Cross operating systems to always provide effective and efficient customer service. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fabricate hose assemblies from pick tickets
- Understand and communicate customer directions related to product requests
- Pick orders correctly by matching the item and quantity picked to the pick ticket
- Package orders for shipping using the appropriate packing material to protect against damage during delivery; follow instructions & requirements as noted on the pick ticket
- Deliver product to customers as instructed ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- WAREHOUSE Fabricate hose assemblies per hose certification requirements Perform special projects as assigned by Supervisor Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse Remove pallets and plastic reels to outside storage POSITION SPECIFICATION Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years experience in a warehouse / stockroom environment preferred
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Knowledge Required
- Basic math and reading skills
- Basic PC skills
- Basics of warehouse operations and terminology Required Behavioral Competencies
