Shift : Monday - Friday (2pm - Midnight) - hours may vary based on operational needs
Pay : $60,000 - 70,000/year - Depends on Experience, Knowledge of the Transportation Industry

- Supervise drivers/freight handlers, oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
- Conducts weekly and/or daily meetings with shift personnel to discuss updates and address any issues
- Coordinate with personnel to maintain and repair company vehicles
- Work with customers to resolve freight issues
- Able to carry out the job duties of driver positions supervised to ensure customer service expectations are met
- Two years supervisory and transportation experience required
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, logistics, math, and communication skills
- Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
- At least 18 years of age
