Construction Engineer (Closeouts)Job Description" Oversee closeout packages from construction and maintenance projects
" Manage internal and external partners and vendors for regional cell site projects
" Ensure multi-stakeholder, complex project closeouts are delivered on time, to specifications, and complete as required
Responsibilities For Construction Engineer" Collaborate with stakeholders on project designs, scope, deliverables, and timelines
" Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
" Analyze implications of schedule changes and take corrective actions
" Provide regular project status reports
" Coordinate and oversee RFQ issuance and evaluation
" Manage regional network projects (4G/5G Macro Construction, cell site modifications, etc.)
" Work with Real Estate, Equipment Engineers, and Facilities Engineers
" Collaborate with outside vendors on project scope, design, and plans
" Facilitate weekly planning sessions with stakeholders
" Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
" Understand impact of schedule changes and take corrective actions
" Coordinate RFQ issuance and evaluation
" Review closeout packages for quality and scope compliance
" Complete receipts of service purchase orders and ensure timely invoice payment
" Manage regional monthly cell capital plan
" Provide regular project status reports

Requirements For Construction Engineer" Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
" Three or more years of relevant work experience
" Project management and process/program management experience
" Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and capital plan cost accounting
" Telecom Construction experience
" Proficient computer skills
" Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications for Construction Engineer::" A degree
" Ericsson/Nokia/Client and DC plant design knowledge
" Knowledge of fiber installation and standards
" Experience in telecommunications/data networking or wireless industry
" Experience with 4G/5G Macro Cell implementation
" Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, proactive, and flexible
" Proven ability to manage heavy workload, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
" Commitment to quality and ability to work well in a team environment
