As an Operations Specialist, you will support daily operations through accurate data recording, reporting, and effective communication. You will also assist with safety, compliance, and operational initiatives to ensure smooth workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues.
- Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily.
- Maintain and distribute departmental information.
- Communicate with managers and supervisors about dispatch and operational issues.
- Generate and maintain reports as directed by department managers.
- Utilize software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs.
- Process payments and financial tasks as needed.
- Implement operational projects under manager supervision.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues as needed.
- Coordinate with employees on scheduling and assignments.
- Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED with additional training and up to 4 years of experience.
Certificates/Licenses:
- No certifications or licenses required.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with minimal exposure to occupational risks or environmental elements.
- Requires motor coordination (e.g., keyboarding) for most of the workday.
- Occasional handling of objects weighing less than 30 pounds.
