Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time Membership Specialist to join our East Boston CrossFit gym. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a passion for connecting with others. Whether you have some sales experience or are looking to start a career in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome potential and current members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure the lead follow-up system is executed 100%.
• Meet target KPIs as tracked on our system.
• Manage athlete accounts on Wodify, including processing upgrades, cancellations, holds, and other administrative tasks.
• Execute and manage lead generation systems.
• Schedule Initial Calls or Initial Visits to present membership offers to new prospects.
• Collect payments from unpaid accounts.
• Handle athlete requests through our text line and getstarted email account, including membership changes (upgrades or downgrades), cancellations, holds, and credit card changes.
• Schedule Eastiefit or Initial Evaluation sessions during point of sale (POS).
• Manage the FEO to CO conversions and provide support to coaches conducting FEO sessions.
• Meet once a week with the owner to review KPIs, role-play scenarios, and design/create marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and the CrossFit community.
• Some sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preference bilingual English and Spanish.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission
