Crossing, Inc. is seeking experienced personnel capable of assisting management to ensure a timely accurate internal financial system.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining and monitoring monthly account analysis and reconciliation for assigned general ledger accounts and resolving reconciling items and issues noted in a timely manner.

- Preparing, reviewing, and uploading monthly journal entries for month-end close.

- Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department, while adhering to established accounting standards.

- Be a resource for accounts payable and receivable Assist in Audie requests.

- Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems.

- Process journal entries and reconcile bank statements in comparison to the general ledger.

- Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by analyzing information from the general ledger system.

- Review and balance internal accounts, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports.

- Prepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to management daily/weekly/monthly.

- Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, preparation for monthly sales tax filing, and other accounting duties in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Accounting Diploma or CPA License required

- 3 Years of accounting experience required

- Proficient in Quickbooks and other financial softwares, strong computer and communication skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
