Crossroads Animal Emergency is hiring Client Service Representative s to join our team!

*Experience in the veterinary or healthcare field required*

Come join Crossroads Animal Emergency! We are comprised of emergency & surgery services and under new management that is ready to take this hospital to new heights to serve our community!!
We offer a 4 day work week with an incredible benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, PTO, continuing education, and amazing pet benefits!

Our Client Care Department consists of receptionists and doctor's assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients - they are truly the face of Crossroads - and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors.

Our new team member will:
  • Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
  • Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
  • Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
  • Handle a multi-line phone system.
  • A deep, genuine care for helping people
  • Naturally empathetic and articulate communication
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with computer software

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $22 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
