Crossroads Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our outstanding team!

You’ll be an excellent addition to our team if you enjoy connecting with clients and are committed to a career in veterinary medicine. We’re open to all experience levels as long as there is a cultural fit and individuals are open to training/continued growth. Candidates must be comfortable around small animals and exotics.

Primary responsibilities:

• Surgical assistance
• Patient handling and restraint
• Pharmacy duties and lab work
• Client communication and education
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Vaccines and injections
• Medication administration
• Assisting with front desk duties/phone lines
• General hospital cleaning
• Computer knowledge/data entry
