Home Care company seeking scheduler/recruiter for our Oakland office. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling caregivers with our elderly clients for both our northern and southern California offices alongside our scheduling team, in addition to recruiting prospective caregivers for the northern California area.

Specific duties include:

• Assigning jobs to caregiving staff
• Performing in-home assessments for clients to assess their care needs
• Interviewing prospective caregivers
• Onboarding and processing new employees
• Ongoing communication with clients and caregivers

Experience in the home care industry is helpful, but not required. Desired skills include:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management
• Works well independently or with others to achieve common goals

The position can either be part time, or full time, depending on the individual. Some work can be done remotely, but 75% of the time will be spent in the office.
