Volunteer Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in health, social work, or related field
- Must have a high school diploma
- Possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
- Ability to set and achieve monthly recruitment goals with the Executive Director to plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment, retention, and program development efficiently
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged.
