Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building trust.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout their service experience.
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document and communicate their vehicle issues to the service technicians.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and consult with customers on recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services needed, including timeframes and cost estimates, and address any customer questions or concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of available service bays and technicians.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs, including any delays or additional work required.
• Process service orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, service procedures, and industry trends through continuous learning and training.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, service technicians, and other team members.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately document customer concerns and service orders.
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
