Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients' medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

• Greensboro in-center, early morning hours!
• Flexible but between hours of 5am-10am (could be 6am-9am)
• targeting 3 shifts/days weekly (options are Monday through Thursday, no Fridays or weekends)
  Total weekly hours: up to 14

Education and Licens ure Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
• DEA licensure in the state of practice
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
