POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Gymnastics Coach is responsible for working with children, teens and/or adults to promote the enjoyment of gymnastics and movement by providing high-quality instruction and guidance. The Gymnastics Coach is responsible for teaching fun, safe classes that create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assists in membership development and retention by effectively building community within the class.
