Day in the Life of a Microsoft 365 Engineer
- Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Develop and implement Intune policies for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues and provide support to end-users.
- Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.
- Manage user permissions and ensure proper access controls are in place.
- Develop and implement SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Administer and support other Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.
- Implement and manage security policies and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, usage, and compliance.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
- 3-6 years of proven in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration.
