CrossTech is seeking a Healthcare Business Systems Analyst with EDI experience to support our client in Philadelphia, PA. This role will require the candidate to be onsite up to 3x a week.
Job Description

• Formulates and defines scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
• Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
• Influence on wide or high-impact decisions and initiatives and has a theoretical background and understanding of the subject matter.
• Capable of managing a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
• Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
• Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
• Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis.
• Tackles complex business/systems problems and conveys this information to stakeholders (includes technical teams for translation into solution design).
• Identifies process, technology and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.
• Evaluates/researches business problems and their relationship to technology.
• Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
• Understanding of business strategy development techniques.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue across functional areas and provide consultative direction.

Qualifications/Skills

• Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications.
• Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
• Experience in a leadership role in establishing standards, policies strategy and best practice.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams.
• Experience leading business process re-engineering efforts.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts.
• Understanding of business strategy development techniques.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue across functional areas and provide consultative direction.

Compensation
$43-$47/hr.
