Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical and mechanical systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger maintenance projects
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on electrical systems
- Experience in facilities maintenance including troubleshooting logic controllers
- Ability to maintain residential properties including painting and minor repairs
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Capability to supervise maintenance staff when necessary
