Position Overview:

Health Admins is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnership Director to join our team in Austin, TX. As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will play a key role in building and managing Client relationships, focusing on Health Care Sharing clients. The Strategic Partnership director will be responsible for liaising with the Client to ensure contract obligations are being met and negotiating costs & scope of work for Client requests that fall outside of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy to identify and nurture relationships with HealthShare organizations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at HealthShare organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership objectives with business goals and drive mutual value for both parties.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with HealthShare partners, ensuring terms are clearly defined and understood and aligned with Health Adminis' interests.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for joint marketing initiatives, co-promotions, and co-branded campaigns to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management and to client to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the HealthShare market to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in partner relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and executing effective partnership strategies.
  • Contract negotiations & fulfillment experience a plus.
  • Located in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
