Crown Electrical LLC, a leading electrical services provider in Fort Myers, is seeking a skilled Commercial Electrical Salesman/Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in customer service and has a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend industry events to stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrical estimator or in a similar sales role within the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and NEC codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read architectural plans and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field is preferred.
