Position: Service Supervisor

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Reports To: Service Manager
Classification: Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Roofing System Expertise: Conduct thorough surveys and generate detailed reports on roofing systems.
• Client-Focused Solutions: Develop and propose maintenance and repair programs tailored to client needs.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage service foremen, helpers, and administrative staff.
• Department Management: Oversee billing, accounts receivable, job costing, and ensure department profitability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the service fleet, tools, equipment, and material inventories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial flat and residential steep slope roofing.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; project management and time-management abilities; proficiency in computer use.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 certification (to be completed within the first 90 days).
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
