Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers

- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and update customer information

Experience:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients

- Technical sales experience, particularly in software or technology industry, is a plus
